|Recommended: YesReally nice place to live — I had an excellent experience living in this apartment. The location is very convenient, close to shops, public transportation, and quiet areas for walking. The place is clean, well-lit, and clearly well maintained.
The neighborhood is safe and peaceful, ideal for relaxing or working from home. Additionally, the manager and maintenance team was always very kind, responsive, and attentive to any questions or needs.
|Recommended: YesIt's a good first place to live for newlyweds. — The house and neighborhood were quite pleasant, but the house is very old, a few cosmetic and structural repairs could be beneficial. Maintenance came quickly when needed, however the AC unit wasn't sufficient so we purchased a box fan and placed it in front of the unit to amplify the cool air as the unit was going out. When we requested another unit in the other rooms of our rental, they explained to us that it might blow the breaker, which is understandable, it'd be hard to make a house that old perfectly electrically sound, and we managed our way with the box fan, the heat was bad but bearable for the summer. We've felt taken care of and cared about, but paying 750 mo is probably about how much the property is worth paying. We had wonderful neighbors, it's close to the elementary school where you can use the basketball court and field, close to center street but quiet enough to be a peaceful neighborhood. It is run down but it's cozy. We got a rug to cover the floor where you could get splinters, which I did one night stumbling to the bathroom at 2am. It really is a great place but there's only so much you can repair with a house built in the first decade of the 20th century.

It's older and not perfect but maintenance is really helpful and timely. The neighborhood is nice and the ward is fantastic. We've loved our time here and are sad to leave

|Recommended: YesGreat place for a new married couple on a budget — Living here in the winter is fantastic...the heat is easy to control, it has a surprising amount of storage for such a small place, and the simple layout is refreshing. If you don't mind the simplicity of the layout and the size, its a great place for a low price. However, the summer gets really really hot. This apartment is on the west side of the house, so the sun streams in all day and the heat gets trapped inside. Other than that, it's been great.

|Recommended: YesExcellent place to live — We have lived in the 5-plex for about a year, and we have loved it The property is well taken care of, the house itself offers everything we need except fort on-site laundry. That's a bit of a bummer. , and working with the management has been pain-free. They are really responsive to our work orders, and they're always really friendly to talk to. Excellent place
